Expertise
Excellent Knowledge of :
- Companies Act 2013 & Its Rules
- Sebi (LODR) Regulations 2015
- Secretarial Standard
- Must be well versed in Handling Various meetings like (Board , AGM etc)
- Must have handled filling with various statutory authorities like Stock Exchange /SEBI/ROC himself/herself.
- IPO
Qualitative Skills
- Excellent Communication (both written and oral ) , presentation and analytical skills
- Must have led a team
