Position: Regional Finance Lead- South

Location: Bangalore

Principal Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of Financial reports of the company.

2. Monthly , Qtrly and Annual Books closure as per calendar provided by corporate team

3. Preparation of monthly MIS as per business requirement

4. Processing of vendor bills as per GST/TDS/MSME and other relevant norms.

5. Daily BRS for receivable and payable bank accounts.

6. Adherence of Processes for on boarding of channel partners, customers and vendors.

7. Responsible for completion of various audits such as Statutory Audit, Internal Audit; Tax Audit with zero qualification

8. Regular connect with channel partner and business team for resolution of business queries

9. Adherence of all compliances related to GST , Income tax , MSME and company law

10. Ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal norms.

11. Coordination with the Tax team for Direct/indirect tax assessment in region

12. Monitoring billing Collection on continuous basis, Reduction in Credit Period and

outstanding and timely collection Adherence of agreement process for all lines of business

13. Monitor issue of Stock movement against billing, OTF Commission , Scheme Payouts ,Reconciliation of activation reports  

14. Work with business teams to identify process gaps and implementation of various controls

15. Reconciliation of Revenue from various reports

16. Regular Analysis of negative balances (customer/LCO) and drive to collect the same with stakeholders 

17. Regular Analysis of Receivable ageing , reasons and drive for reduction with stakeholders 

18. Driving various projects as assigned by the management

Required Qualification:

1. CA with 15-18 Years of Experience in Financial reporting and managing a particular regional as lead

2. Should have a good background from BFSI/Telecom/Media/Broadcaster/Cable TV/DTH/ISP

3. Should be able to manage a team size of 15+ Members

4. Language Proficiency in Kannada, Tamil/Telugu is must

5. Should be based out a Bangalore location
