Position: Operations Manager  

Job location: Andheri(E), Mumbai

Qualification: Graduate / MBA  

Experience:Min 3 yrs - Max 7 yrs post MBA/ Grad 5-10 yrs

Broad Spectrum of Duties & Responsibilities:

 Manage the front-end operations for loan disbursal, and investor on boarding

 Manage back-end operations team for borrower allocations & dashboards

 Manage presentation cycles and post disbursal operations

 Manage the MIS and channel partner support team

 Work closely with Technology team for development of the Platform

Key Skills/Abilities:

 Understanding and expertise on back-end and front-end operations of loan systems – LOS & LMS

 Understanding of Digital Loan systems with relevant liabilities/NBFC experience

 An individual who can earn high degree of credibility with ownership and ability to perform in a high growth organisation with high achievement orientation.
