Broad Spectrum of Duties & Responsibilities:
§ Responsible for sales of Agri Commodities, New Opportunities and Financial Services Products in the District
§ Build base of Kirana Store in the District
§ Build a base of Distribution
Key Skills/Abilities:
§ Understanding of Kirana Store Distribution
§ Ability to establish product, schemes, processes and business plans
§ Portfolio Handled: Rs.5 lacs per month sales
§ Mandatory Requirement: Own Bike & Driving Licence; Own Smartphone; Local resident (> 5 Years); Proficient in Local Language; No Loan Default History
§ An Individual who can earn high degree of credibility with ownership and ability to perform in high achievement orientation
Build a base of Retail Distribution (Kirana stores + Apparel Stores) for the area
Supply Chain Cos : FMCG ( Sales Officers/ Distributor Market Developer), Field Sales and Understanding of Kirana Distribution is mandatory/ Apparel (Any apparel company - Sales Officer/Distributor/ Market Developer) or B2B Ecomm . Field Sales and Understanding of Apparel Distribution is mandatory
