Looking for candidates working in School or College or University


.     Collaborate with faculty in composing effective technology-infused, content/skill-based lessons, and support them as they implement the lessons in their classrooms.

 2.     Partner with the IT team and other faculty members to model the use of instructional technology to enhance student learning.

 3.     Provide assistance and training to faculty members and teachers in the integration of technology to support student achievement.

 4.     Plan and host technology driven professional development workshops/seminars for individuals and groups.

 5.     Create learning resources for the faculty (e.g. websites, tutorials, interactive programs, databases, etc.) which would help them integrate technology

 6.     Collaborate with the IT team and school leadership in the evaluation, selection and implementation of instructional technology materials and software.

 7.     Collaborate with the IT team and school leadership to ensure infrastructure and tools are available to carry out school and technology initiatives.

 8.     Conduct research and stay up to date on advancements in technology tools and resources to inform decision making.

 9.     Identify and analyse trends in software, curriculum and teaching strategies in all content areas.

 10.  Gather and disseminate information (such as policy updates and professional development opportunities) relevant to instructional technology.

 11.  Review materials, equipment, programs, services and implementation strategies, and provide reports as required to the school leadership team.

 12.  Participate in ongoing professional development related to job responsibilities and maintaining expertise in the field.

 13.  Perform other duties as may be assigned by the school leadership team.


  1. Budgeting on current and proposed IT spending plans, determining maximally impactful business enhancements and minimizing wasteful spending.


  1. Managing software licensing / purchase of recurring software’s used across

sections.

 16.  Data verification and security.

 17.  Managing Computer labs and resource centres for all section of schools.

 18.  Management, security and upkeep of all networks of all sections of school.

 19.  Customized and repaired technology based on staff requests.

 

20.  Interact and negotiate with vendors, outsourcers and contractors to secure.

products and services.

 21.   Maintenance and regular updating of servers of school (data backup, security,

antivirus etc.)

 22.  Plan for short-term and long-term IT system upgrade needs.

 23.  Oversee daily performance of computer systems and immediately respond to

      issues to keep system / network / services up and running.

 24.  Complete Administration of Gsuite.

 25.  Email id’s and groups creation for staff and students. These are to be regularly

updated.

 26.  To manage IT Staff & Administration.


Qualifications

Educated to degree level (minimum master’s degree) or equivalent in related field

ü

 

Minimum of four (4) years of relevant teaching experience or IT management and integration in a K-12 international school

ü

 

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills that promote collegial interaction

ü

 

Ability to relate technology to non-technical users

ü

 

Capable of collecting and analysing data from a variety of resources to evaluate and make recommendations

ü

 

Ability to demonstrate effective usage and integration of education technologies into instruction to groups and individuals

ü

 

Ability to work and collaborate with other senior school leadership team members and coordinators

ü

 

Evidence of continuous professional learning and a commitment to participate in professional growth opportunities and self-reflection on professional practice

ü

 

Organized, independent, motivated, and ability to prioritize and manage time

ü

 

Strong IT technical (back-end) and financial skills

 

ü

Familiarity with methods for integrating technology to curricula such as Google Classroom, online resources, and other forms of assessment and feedback
