     Sub-Department: PMS Operations

     Immediate Supervisor’s Position Title: Manager - PMS Operations

B. Demographics

     Education Background Graduate/CA / MBA Finance

     Work Experience Around 4-6 yrs of experience in managing PMS / AIF / Equity operations

     Critical Skills Required Knowledge of Fund Accounting & Reconciliation, preferably of PMS / MF / Equity / Debt Markets

     Competencies Required Excel, Knowledge of Wealth Spectrum is preferred

C. Role Purpose

To manage the fund accounting and other fund related activities of AIFs in a most effective, efficient and error free manner

D. Key Accountabilities

a) Responsible for Fund Accounting, trade settlement, reconciliation and calculation of NAV for various AIFs

b) Processing of financial transactions like investment / redemption / banking / managing Mutual Fund investment, trade processing and STP operations

c) Coordinating with vendors for accurate processing & reconciliation of all financial transactions and dispatch of accurate reports to investors

d) Responsible for filing of all statutory reports and providing accruate data to SEBI, Compliance and business teams on a timely basis

• e) Testing and implementation of automated systems
