Job Brief

We are currently hiring a Marketing Manager to lead our Sales function with the purpose of the company’s strategic

goals

Role and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Core team, you will lead a team of sales professionals to meet the company’s customer acquisition

& growth objectives. You will be responsible for:

Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets

 Develop and improve upon existing marketing Strategies

Consult market research to assess current trends and brand awareness

 Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders

 Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.

 Overseeing the daily sales activities, writing sales reports, designing effective sales strategies, and

marketing company products and services.

 Outlining and managing sales budgets.


 Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals.

 Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.
