Lead Generation:
Generation of lead from existing customers & acquisition on new business
accounts.
Market penetration with HVAC/ MEP (HVAC) Consultants, OEMs & End users.
Generation of leads as per the historical data base of application in various core
sectors like food, pharma, Petro-chemical, chemical, etc.
Pre- Sales:
Techno-Commercial submission of offers as per Standard Operating Process in
Sales Force CRM by understanding the customer requirement.
Post- Sales:
To furnish the required documents & payment collection.
To compile daily report, Achievements & customer visits to meet Annual sales target
in Salesforce/ CRM.
Business Discussion:
To pursue customers by using the knowledge of commercial acumen to convert
lead into Purchase order.
To retain existing customer and generate new customer business.
Negotiate with the customers to achieve Win- Win situation & closure of orders.
What You Need to Know:
Strong Consultants Network
Experience of selection/sizing, calculations of equipment and utilities.
Customer centric mindset
Skills/Attributes needed:
Self-Starter and strong capabilities to deliver results and work with cross-functional
teams.
Knowledge in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal communication
Willingness to travel
Excellent communication (written, verbal) in Hindi, English
