Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

The Marketing Manager - Railways & Highways will lead our efforts in expanding our market reach and enhancing brand presence in the specific sectors of Railways and Highway & Road Construction. Key responsibilities include:

 Strategic Business Development: Initiate and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Railways and Highway & Road Construction sectors. Identify and tap into new business opportunities within these sectors.

 Project Sales Management: Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, focusing on government and large infrastructure projects. Ensure product specifications are included in project tenders and government contracts.

 Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain robust relationships with government departments, contractors, consultants, and other key players in the infrastructure sector.

 Product Expertise and Presentation: Develop comprehensive knowledge of our product lines relevant to Railways and Highways. Deliver persuasive presentations and demos to stakeholders and decision-makers.

 Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market analysis to track industry trends, competitor activities, and potential for market penetration in the Railways and Highway sectors.

 Project Tracking: Closely monitor upcoming and ongoing infrastructure projects, ensuring strategic positioning of our products.

 Networking and Representation: Actively represent Dudhi Industries at industry conferences, seminars, and trade shows. Network extensively to build brand visibility and generate leads.

 Sales Strategy Implementation: Craft and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the infrastructure sector to meet or exceed sales targets. Desired Industries for Candidate Sourcing:

 Construction Materials Industry: Professionals with experience in supplying materials used in infrastructure projects, particularly those familiar with innovative products like FRP composites.

 Railway and Highway Construction Companies: Candidates from these sectors are likely to have direct knowledge and relevant contacts that can facilitate the marketing and application of FRP products in large-scale infrastructure projects.

 Civil and Structural Engineering Firms: Those with a background in specifying materials for construction projects could provide valuable technical expertise and client connections.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

 Proven experience in marketing and project sales within the construction industry, particularly with products used in large-scale infrastructure projects.

 Strong understanding of the Railway and Highway & Road Construction markets.

 Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

 Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

 Willingness to travel extensively across project sites in India.

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.

 Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
