Key Responsibilities:

PGT (Post Graduate Teacher):

1. Teach English to classes XI-XII.

2. Develop and implement lesson plans, notes, and study materials.

3. Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.

4. Conduct remedial classes for weak students.

5. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.

TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher):

1. Teach English to classes VI-X.

2. Develop and implement lesson plans, notes, and study materials.

3. Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.

4. Conduct remedial classes for weak students.

5. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.

Requirements:

PGT:

1. Post-graduation in English (MA English).

2. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification.

3. 3+ years of teaching experience.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

TGT:

1. Graduation in English (BA English).

2. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification.

3. 2+ years of teaching experience.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Experience in CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum.

2. Knowledge of digital teaching tools and technology.

3. Certification in English language teaching (e.g., CELTA, Trinity CertTESOL).

Skills:

1. Strong subject knowledge.
