Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Sr HR Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in talent acquisition, interviewing, and negotiation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Talent Acquisition (Mandatory skill) - Proven experience in talent acquisition strategies and execution.
- Interviewing (Mandatory skill) - Ability to conduct interviews efficiently and effectively to assess candidate fit.
- Negotiation (Mandatory skill) - Strong negotiation skills to close candidates and handle compensation packages.
- Sourcing - Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking.
- Candidate Screening - Proficiency in screening resumes to identify suitable candidates for various roles.
- Onboarding - Knowledge of onboarding processes and ensuring smooth integration of new hires.
- HR Policies - Understanding of HR policies and their implementation within the organization.
- Recruitment Metrics - Capability to analyze and report on recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruiting process.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for various positions within the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
- Negotiate offers and manage the offer approval process.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring progress.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR.
