Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Human Resources Recruiter to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time position, designed for individuals with a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. As a key player in our HR division, you will focus on sourcing top talent and supporting our recruitment process to meet the dynamic needs of our growing company.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficient in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking (Mandatory skill).
- Proven ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates effectively, ensuring a good fit for the role and company culture.
- Strong candidate screening skills to shortlist potential hires from a pool of applicants and resumes.
- Excellent networking abilities to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline and candidate pool.
- Solid negotiation skills to present offers and negotiate terms with prospective employees.
- Outstanding communication skills to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders efficiently.
- Comprehensive understanding of human resources best practices and current employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in talent acquisition and a strong strategist in understanding market trends and recruitment practices.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to identify the best fits for the organization.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Screen resumes and applications, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Present offer packages to candidates and handle all negotiations related to terms of employment.
- Track and report key metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and strategies.
