Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. This full-time position is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of work experience in human resources. The Junior-level position will focus on sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our staffing needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources and recruiting.
• Proven experience with candidate sourcing and talent acquisition methodologies.
• Strong interviewing skills to effectively screen and assess candidates.

• Hands-on experience with various hiring platforms and recruitment software tools.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Negotiate job offers and finalize employment terms with selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate databases.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles needed for various roles.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and human resources.
• Support other HR functions and projects as required.
