Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. This full-time position is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of work experience in human resources. The Junior-level position will focus on sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our staffing needs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources and recruiting.
- Proven experience with candidate sourcing and talent acquisition methodologies.
- Strong interviewing skills to effectively screen and assess candidates.
- Excellent negotiation skills to finalize job offers with prospective candidates.
- Outstanding networking abilities to build and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with various hiring platforms and recruitment software tools.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate job offers and finalize employment terms with selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate databases.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles needed for various roles.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and human resources.
- Support other HR functions and projects as required.
