Job Location: Dubai {On-site}

(Initial 2 Months in Bangalore Location)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate must have experience as an end-to-end IT and NON - IT Recruiter

• Should have good technical knowledge

• Responsible for end-to-end hiring: Sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions

• Must have good experience in hiring Candidates

• Should have experience in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc) and other open-source platforms and have a good pipeline of passive candidates

• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers

• Maintaining an internal database of candidates as per their skill sets

• Excellent sourcing skills

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR recruiter

• Proficiency in English

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory

• Experience with sourcing techniques

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
