Responsibilities:

● Design Development:

○ Collaborate with senior graphic designers and cross-functional teams to

understand design requirements.

○ Assist in the creation of visually appealing and on-brand design solutions for

online gaming platforms.

● Asset Creation:

○ Design graphics for promotional campaigns, including banners, social media

posts, and website visuals.

○ Create in-game assets, including characters, backgrounds, and other visual

elements.

● Collaboration:

○ Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign concepts into

visually engaging designs.

○ Collaborate with game developers to ensure visual consistency across gaming

platforms.

● Brand Adherence:

○ Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive brand

identity.

○ Assist in the development and maintenance of a visual style guide for gaming

assets.

● Creative Ideation:

○ Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new gaming concepts and promotional

campaigns.

○ Bring creative ideas and fresh perspectives to design projects.

● Software Proficiency:

○ Utilize graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,

Illustrator, etc.), to create high-quality designs.

○ Stay updated on industry-standard design tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

● Portfolio showcasing design projects and creative skills, preferably with a focus on

gaming or entertainment.

● Proficient in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.

● Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

● Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

● Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

● Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines.

● Passion for online gaming and a good understanding of gaming culture.

● Eagerness to learn and adapt to new design trends and techniques.

Preferred Skills:

● Basic animation skills or knowledge of motion graphics.

● Familiarity with 3D design software.

● Understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design.

● Knowledge of the online gaming industry and gaming platforms.
