Qualifications and Skills

• Employee Relations (Mandatory skill)
• Strong experience in performance management, setting objectives, and evaluating employee performance
• Extensive knowledge of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Proficiency in recruitment and staffing to attract, hire, and retain talented employees
• Experience in designing and implementing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
• Deep understanding of compensation and benefits administration to maintain competitive salary structures
