Qualifications and Skills
- Employee Relations (Mandatory skill)
- Strong experience in performance management, setting objectives, and evaluating employee performance
- Extensive knowledge of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Proficiency in recruitment and staffing to attract, hire, and retain talented employees
- Experience in designing and implementing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
- Deep understanding of compensation and benefits administration to maintain competitive salary structures
- Thorough understanding of HR compliance and ability to ensure the organization adheres to all HR-related laws and guidelines
- Expertise in change management methodologies to support organizational transformation and avoid workflow disruptions
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the implementation and administration of HR policies, programs, and practices throughout the organization
- Facilitate employee relations and address any conflicts or issues, ensuring a positive and harmonious work environment
- Lead the performance management process, including setting performance standards, evaluating employee progress, and providing feedback
- Coordinate recruitment and staffing efforts to meet the organization's human resource needs
