Designation: Sr HR RECRUITER 

Work Location: Dubai (2 months in Bangalore)

Facilities provided for Onsite: Visa Expenses, Travel Expenses, Accommodation, Food, Transportation, Medical Insurance

Responsibilities:

•The ideal candidate must have experience as an end-to-end IT and NON IT Recruiter .

•Should have good technical knowledge.

•Responsible for end-to-end hiring: Sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.

•Must have good experience in hiring Candidates.

•Should have experience in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc) and other open-sourceplatforms and have a good pipeline of passive candidates.

•Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

•Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.

•Maintaining an internal database of candidates as per their skill sets.

•Excellent sourcing skills.

Qualifications:

•Proven experience as an HR recruiter.

•Proficiency in English.

•Bachelor's degree is mandatory

•Experience with sourcing techniques.

•Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
