Responsibilities for HR Lead:
· Handle all administrative functions associated with full life cycle recruiting
· Source, screen and schedule interviews with superior heads & with hiring managers
· Recruit for Internal requirements.
· Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers
· Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks
· Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
· Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
· Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates
· Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices
· Maintaining the daily reports in a tracker & updating it on a daily basis
Qualifications for Recruiters:
· Excellent Communication skills & Recruitment skills must.
· Should have hands-on experience in the full-cycle of recruitment preferred.
· Energetic & organized.
· A positive and proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making skills.
· Well versed in oral and written business communications.
· Multitasking.
· Time management & prioritizing the work.
· Demonstrated proficiency with job portals such as Naukri, shine, indeed required.
