- Excellent negotiation skills to manage offers and secure candidate acceptance.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively throughout the recruitment process.
- Strong networking skills to build a robust pipeline of potential candidates.
- Human Resources understanding to align recruitment with the company's goals and strategies.
- Recruitment (Mandatory skill) to manage end-to-end recruitment activities efficiently.
