  • Excellent negotiation skills to manage offers and secure candidate acceptance.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively throughout the recruitment process.
  • Strong networking skills to build a robust pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Human Resources understanding to align recruitment with the company's goals and strategies.
  • Recruitment (Mandatory skill) to manage end-to-end recruitment activities efficiently.

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes to find and attract top talent for various positions within the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and implement tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for roles.
  • Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams, providing feedback and updates to both parties.
  • Negotiate offers and collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of recruitment activity in the applicant tracking system.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes using innovative practices and adapting to changing industry trends.
