Position: HR Recruiter

Location: Dubai, UAE (Facilities provided for Onsite: Visa Expenses, Travel Expenses, Accommodation, Food, Transportation.)

HR Recruiter: 1.3+ years

Sr HR Recruiter:

For HR Manager : 4+ Years, should have 1+ years of experience in team handling.

Note: Initial 2 months training will be in Indiranagar, Bangalore (Till Visa Process and Work Permit)

Role Description:

This is an on-site role for a Technical Recruiter at Cornerstone Information Technology in Dubai. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, hiring, and technical recruiting activities. Effective communication skills are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

· The ideal candidate must have experience as an end-to-end for both IT and Non-IT.

· Should have good technical knowledge.

· Responsible for end-to-end hiring: Sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and closing

· Candidates for assigned requisitions.

· Must have good experience in hiring Candidates.

· Should have experience in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc) and other

· open-source platforms and have a good pipeline of passive candidates.

· Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.

· Maintaining an internal database of candidates as per their skill sets.

· Excellent sourcing skills.
