This Senior HR Head Recruitment position is a full-time role located in Bangalore, requiring 7 to 10 years of experience. The candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes while aligning them with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Talent acquisition experience, focusing on identifying and attracting top talent to meet organizational goals (Mandatory skill).
• Proven track record in developing and implementing recruitment strategies and optimizing hiring processes (Mandatory skill).
• Deep understanding and experience in formulating and implementing HR policies to facilitate scalability (Mandatory skill).
