Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Head Of Human Resources Operations for our Bengaluru location. This senior-level, full-time position requires a strategic leader with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, focusing on strategic planning and leadership in HR functions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strategic HR Planning (Mandatory skill): Proven expertise in formulating strategic HR plans aligned with organizational objectives to drive growth and efficiency.

- HR Compliance: Comprehensive knowledge of HR laws and regulations to ensure company policies are legally compliant and effectively implemented.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by regularly updating HR policies and practices as per the latest legal standards.
