We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead the HR function of our dynamic online gaming firm. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive work culture, attracting top talent, and driving the development and implementation of HR strategies that support the overall business objectives.
Education - UG/PG Graduates
Location - Bangalore 2 months (Indiranagar) - Dubai (Onsite)
Notice Period - Immediate Joiner to 15 days
CTC - Based on Current CTC 30%hike

Responsibilities:
● Strategic HR Leadership:
○ Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and
objectives.
○ Provide strategic guidance to the leadership team on HR-related matters.
● Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
○ Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the timely and efficient hiring of top
talent.
○ Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract candidates in
the competitive gaming industry.
● Employee Relations:
○ Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee
relations strategies.
○ Address and resolve workplace issues promptly, promoting open communication
and a healthy work culture.
● Performance Management
○ Lead the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance
reviews, and development plans.
○ Implement strategies to recognize and reward high-performing employees.
● Rewards & Recognition:
○ Keeping a track of team’s performance and efficiency as per the performance
matrix and appreciating them with the respective titles/monetary
rewards/vouchers and others.
○ Design comprehensive rewards and recognition programs that encompass various
types of recognition, such as employee of the month, team recognition, spot
recognition, and years of service awards.
● Learning and Development:
○ Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee
skills and capabilities.
○ Identify opportunities for continuous learning and career development within the
gaming industry.
● Compensation and Benefits:
○ Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits
programs.
○ Ensure alignment with industry standards and the company's overall
compensation philosophy.
● HR Policy and Compliance:
○ Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal
requirements and industry standards.
○ Stay updated on labour laws and regulations affecting the gaming industry.
● Employee Engagement:
○ Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and
retention.
○ Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to measure and improve
employee experience.
● Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
○ Drive initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the
workplace.
○ Implement strategies to create a culture of belonging and equal opportunity.
● HR Analytics and Reporting:
○ Utilize HR analytics to measure and analyze key HR metrics.
○ Provide regular reports to the leadership team on HR performance and trends.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
● Proven experience as an HR leader, preferably within the gaming or technology industry.
● In-depth knowledge of HR principles, best practices, and employment laws.
● Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
● Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships across all levels of the
organization.
● Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) implementation and
management.
● Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
● Passion for the gaming industry and understanding of its unique HR challenges.
Preferred Skills:
● Experience in a rapidly growing or startup environment.
● Knowledge of global HR practices and international labor laws
