Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Dehradun. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for overseeing the branch operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional client relations. You will play a critical role in driving business growth by developing and implementing strategic initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in the banking, NBFC, or BFSI sector with strong knowledge of industry practices.
- Excellent leadership and team handling skills with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional client relations skills to establish and maintain long-term client partnerships.
- Solid business analysis skills to identify opportunities and implement growth strategies.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities to address various branch challenges.
- Proficiency in using financial management software and tools to enhance branch operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree would be an added advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily branch operations to ensure efficient functioning and goal achievement.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Maintain and develop client relationships to promote client retention and business growth.
- Conduct business analysis to identify potential markets and clients for business expansion.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive branch performance and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies of the company.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and analyze branch performance metrics.
- Collaborate with senior management to align branch activities with overall business objectives.
