Job Overview

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at CONWAR HIRE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and converting them into clients. The job requires strong sales skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Freshers with less than 1-year experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications and Skills

• Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Experience in banking sales or customer service is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
