We are seeking a Junior Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team at Contour Buildcon in Noida. This full-time role involves engaging with potential clients for our prestigious real estate projects. Qualifications and Skills

  • Cold Calling Techniques (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to reach out to potential clients effectively and professionally via telephone calls.
  • Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in identifying potential leads and nurturing them into prospective clients.
  • Negotiation Skills (Mandatory skill): Strong ability to negotiate effectively with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Salesforce CRM: Experience in using Salesforce CRM for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Expertise in developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
  • Inside Sales Strategy: Ability to develop and execute successful inside sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Active Listening: Effective listening skills to understand client needs and tailor offers for optimum engagement and sales.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Adept at increasing revenue by effectively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing and new clients.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Contour Buildcon's projects and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our project offerings.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets by meeting or exceeding daily and monthly performance objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure professional handling of all client interactions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and updates to offer informed solutions and sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using Salesforce CRM.
