Responsibilities:


·        Should have a track record of developing long-term client relationships, closed numerous complex transactions, and be driven by a success-based compensation structure.

·        Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

·        Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

·        Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

·        Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

·        Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

·        Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

·        Leadership qualities, encouraged to take on a leadership role, collaborate with team members to achieve better results and within the organization and be given numerous resources to help facilitate a lucrative career.

·        Must have knowledge In-depth understanding of the real estate business, polices, practices - ability and experience in building and handling a large sales team.

·        Monitor weekly and monthly progress, analyses gaps and suggest improvement areas. Conduct performance discussions regularly.

·        Conceptualizing, implementing, and monitoring schemes to incentivize Channel Partner & Sales Personnel.

·        Expand customer base through a variety of effective sales techniques. Provide information on the commercial, Residential and Retail Property Market.

·        Excellent expertise in per sales, direct sales, corporate sales, foreign sales and NRI clients, handling channel partners and large broker network.


Position – Executive Level to Director Level

Experience – Minimum 2 Year – 15 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Office Timing – 09:30 AM Time In – 06:00 PM Time Out

Office Location – Noida
