Job Overview
The Human Resources Intern position at Contour Buildcon (P) Ltd. is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in HR functions. Based in Noida, this internship is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to various human resources tasks, including recruitment support and employee data management. The intern will work closely with the HR team to assist in achieving departmental objectives while acquiring essential industry knowledge and skills. This is an Unpaid Internship.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for handling and analyzing employee data effectively.
- Experience or familiarity with HRIS tools to support various human resource operations.
- Ability to assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
- Understanding of onboarding processes to facilitate smooth integration of new employees.
- Skills in managing employee data to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
- Basic knowledge of compliance and legal requirements relevant to human resources.
- Excellent time management skills for effectively balancing multiple HR-related tasks.
- Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and interact professionally with different stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Support onboarding processes by organizing orientation sessions and preparing necessary documentation.
- Manage and update employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist the HR team in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures by conducting industry-related research.
- Aid in preparation and dissemination of internal communications and HR-related announcements.
- Support compliance efforts by assisting in audits and ensuring alignment with HR policies.
- Perform administrative tasks and provide general support to the HR department as needed.
