Requirements:

 MBA preferred Practice and Other Requirements.

 Must have experience as a Manager /General Manager/Sales Manager or similar role in Noida, Greater Noida

and Delhi NCR (Residential / Commercial projects).

 Strategic thinking and data-driven decision making.

 Ability to engage and collaborate with others commitment to provide the best customer service.

 A pro-active mind-set, with strong orientation to drive business results in an agile manner.

 Cost consciousness, in line with our culture of being economic value creators.

 Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

 Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

 Must have a four-wheeler is mandatory.

 Must have experience of 12–15-member team handling.
