The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of work experience and will drive our initiatives through strong lead generation and negotiation skills.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM Software to manage customer relationships effectively and enhance sales processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce for organizing and analyzing client data efficiently.
  • Strong data analytics skills to interpret and use data to make informed business decisions.
  • Digital marketing knowledge to boost our marketing campaigns and reach potential clients.
  • Market research abilities to identify new trends and opportunities relevant to the real estate market.
  • Lead Generation (Mandatory skill) for developing new business by identifying potential clients and initiating contact.
  • Negotiation skills (Mandatory skill) to navigate client discussions and close deals successfully.
  • Presentation Skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively convey ideas and proposals to clients and stakeholders.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential customers and current business partners.
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and customer needs.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer relationships and facilitate ongoing communication.

  • Manage and track pipeline using CRM systems, providing regular updates and reporting to management.
