Role: PeopleSoft HCM - Payroll Functional Consultant (Sr. Technical Analyst / Lead)

Skills: PeopleSoft HCM NA Payroll, PeopleTools, Pl/SQL.

Shift: UK & US Shifts (Weekly rotation) - Return Cab Facility Available - Only for Night Shift * (After 9 PM Return)

Requirement:

• 6 to 10 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Analyst.
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft HCM modules - NA Payroll.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of PeopleTools, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, and Component Interface.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft applications to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform system testing, identify and resolve issues, and ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft applications.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and updates related to PeopleSoft technologies and Financials modules.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate PeopleSoft solutions with other business systems.
• Flexible to work in rotational Shift
• Ability to propose solutions and document technical specifications.
