What will you do?
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organised individual who has a deep understanding
of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Below is an overview of your roles and responsibilities, but not limited to :
1) Client Acquisition:
- Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
- Connect with the client via call/meeting to understand the requirement. Ask relevant
questions with respect to their requirements and pitch them about the company, its services
and the process we follow.
- Able to draft pitches & proposals for clientele..
- Work with internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being
met.
- Building strong relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales
service.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations and communications with your Account
Executives for ongoing projects.
2) Account Execution:
- Strategizing content pillars and sub pillars as per the client niche and scope of work.
-Ensuring that content strategy meets business objectives.
- Researching and staying up to date on the latest developments in terms of Search Engine
-Optimization, Social Media Management, content trends and consumer behaviour.
- Ensure excellent commercial management of the business handled through the achievement
of business targets, accurate & timely billing & collections
- Ensure systematic documentation and clear communication of client briefs to the internal
team.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the internal and
client’s team regularly.
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to upper management.
3) Team Management:
- Train, assign, schedule, coach, and discipline the Account Executives.
- Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job
contributions.
- Manage a team of Sales Executives who have niche specific knowledge.
- Help the Sales Executives to draft perfect proposals as per client brief and scope of

4) New to the table
- Review new technologies and brand-building strategies to keep the company afloat in
Digital marketing trends
- Exchanging thoughts and ideas based on certain new projects catered and strategies implemented during the weekly sessions with the team.
- Use of CRM to manage all your accounts and client pipeline.
What do we expect from you ?
1. Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or related field.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication in English
3. 2-4 year experience in digital strategies & content creation
4. The clarity in thought process/problem-solving approach
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
6. Experience building long-term professional relationships.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
8. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management.
9. Strong presentation and communication skills
10. Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
