Job Title: Human Resource Executive

Location: Palarivattom, Kochi

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Executive to join our team. As a Human Resource Executive, you will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding. You will provide support in the areas of HR administration, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. As the ideal candidate, you must be driven, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, extending offers, and onboarding new hires.

• Implement HR policies and procedures,and align with organizational goals.

• Administer employee benefits programs and manage employee information and records.

• Conduct salary and performance reviews and work with managers to identify training and development needs for employees.

• Ensure compliance with employment law and regulations, and maintain updated knowledge of HR best practices.

• Foster a positive work environment and work closely with management to maintain employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in an HR role, with a proven track record of delivering HR services and support.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRM systems.
