Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team at ConsultHagnos, a leading Staffing Services & Consulting company. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assistance to our clients. This is a full-time position located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support.

Qualifications and Skills

• Good fluency in English
• Graduate
• Proven experience as a customer support representative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience with tele sales, field sales, or customer care is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding our products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer support experience
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Meet or exceed customer service targets and goals
