• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely placement of candidates.
• Utilize job portals, professional networks, and social media platforms to identify potential candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create effective job descriptions.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments, including technical screenings, interviews, and reference checks.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates to meet ongoing recruitment needs.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive hiring practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a consultancy or staffing agency.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and required skill sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using recruitment tools, job boards, and social media for candidate sourcing.
