·        Develop BIM models for MEP services from design stage (LOD 300) to as-built (LOD 500) stage and coordinate between all other services.

·        Ability to generate various Mechanical layouts, sections, elevations and details Clash detection and co-ordination using Navisworks

·        Responsible for assisting the BIM leads and Senior BIM Modelers.

·        Responsible for the quality and quantity of work done.

·        Report to the Senior BIM Modelers and BIM leads.

·        Raise potential issues in project then and there to the Senior BIM Modelers and BIM leads.

·        Documentation of the project files.

·        Direct responsibilities given during the course of time by managers.

·        Extract BOQ from the REVIT file.
