Engineering design and support such as Architectural drawings, Structural drawings, MEP, BIM modeling, CAD services and 3D scanning. 

Sustainability such as LEED services, GSAS services, Energy services, CXA commissioning, Environmental services,  Acoustical services, CEEQUAL consultancy services and BREEAM. 

Simulation and analysis such as Simulation engineering, Structural analysis, Stress analysis, Surge analysis, 

Computational fluid dynamics, detailed engineering services and Building envelope design and simulation. Thermal Imaging – Infrared Thermography 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

•  Proficient in utilizing Revit and Navisworks software for advanced modeling tasks, with a strong 
• command of both programs. 
•  Follow company/project BIM standards, templates, and best practices. 
•  Develop discipline-specific BIM Modelling content for the Project. 
•  Experienced in collaborating within common data environments such as BIM 360, SharePoint, and 
• Autodesk Construction Cloud. 
•  Skilled in developing complex parametric families to streamline modeling processes and enhance 
• efficiency. 
•  Proficient in coordinating clashes among architectural, structural, and MEPF components to ensure 
• seamless integration by using Navis work. 
•  Capable of modifying designs and understanding basic design requirements. 
•  Experience with modeling Electrical and extra Low Voltage (ELV) services, including electrical circuiting, 
• wiring, and panel/DB schedule preparation. 
•  Prepares RCP layout drawings for MEP Services and section detail drawings for Electrical Rooms such as 
• MV Room and Electrical Room. 
•  Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. 
•  Understands and implements required design modifications such as Load Balancing, cable tray sizing, etc. 
•  Assist junior team members in their day-to-day tasks, offering guidance and support to enhance overall 
• team efficiency. 
•  Ability to understand and modify required design modifications like Load Balancing, cable tray sizing etc. 
•  Demonstrated leadership in maintaining high-quality standards for work and seeking innovative solutions 
• to improve modeling processes. 
•  Proactively identifies and resolves potential project issues, leading efforts to propose and implement 
• effective solutions. 
•  Ability to work on own initiative, manage own time and team to meet deadlines; 

 Education & Experience Requirement:

•  Should possess 2-4 years’ experience in BIM Modeling 
•  Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360 
•  Possess Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill. 
•  Preferred – Experience in International Projects
