KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Interpret and understand client requirements, objectives, and preferences.

 Conduct site visits and gather relevant information to develop design concepts.

 Create detailed interior design plans, including layout drawings, elevations, and material 

specifications.

 Research and source materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) that align with 

the design vision and client's budget.

 Prepare comprehensive design presentations and effectively communicate design 

concepts to clients.

 Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to integrate interior 

design with architectural elements and systems.

 Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support 

throughout the project lifecycle.

 Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, promoting effective 

communication and idea-sharing within the design team.

 Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and maintaining 

regular communication throughout the project.

 Present design proposals, revisions, and final designs to clients, addressing their feedback 

and ensuring client satisfaction.

 Provide expert advice on interior design trends, materials, and technologies to clients, 

assisting them in making informed decisions.

 Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and materials in the field of interior design.

 Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to enhance professional knowledge 

and network with industry peers.

 Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and strategies within the 

company.

Qualification:

 Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design or a related field.

 Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in various interior design projects.

 Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, 3D visualization tools, 

and Adobe Creative Suite.

 In-depth knowledge of construction materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.

 Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

 Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work under tight deadlines.

 Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

 Any knowledge in Design Automation is added advantage

Experience:

 Minimum of 7+ years of experience as an Architecture / Exterior / Interior Design, 

preferably in a senior role.
