· Attend Inbound & Outbound calls, sometime respond through email and chat to customers.

  • Good speak, read & Write English & Tamil
  • Basic knowledge in Banking Industry
  • Good typing skills (Quality & Speed)
  • Ability to handle telephonic conversations
  • Good Listening & Comprehension skills
  • Should be flexible to work in 24/7Sys shift
