We are seeking a dedicated Telecaller for a full-time position based in Delhi/Gurgaon. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to predefined lists of potential clients to promote and sell company services.
  • Receive inbound calls and provide consistent response to client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate client records, updating information obtained from calls.
  • Collect and compile customer feedback to help improve the quality and effectiveness of service delivery.
  • Propose and recommend company services tailored to meet client needs, increasing conversion rates.
  • Meet individual sales targets as set by the organization by effectively managing call volumes and quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize calling techniques and sales strategies.
