Network Support:

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN-related connectivity issues.
• Perform regular network performance analysis and optimization.
• Configure and maintain SD-WAN solutions, VPNs, and cloud network integrations.
• Ensure network security and compliance with company policies.

ISP Support & Coordination:

• Act as the primary point of contact for ISP-related issues and escalations.
• Track and follow up on ISP service disruptions and outages.
• Work with ISPs to troubleshoot last-mile connectivity problems.
• Validate ISP invoices, contracts, and SLAs to ensure compliance.
• Maintain an updated ISP support contact matrix and escalation points.

Incident Management & Escalation:

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for network and ISP-related incidents.
• Escalate critical issues to ISPs, internal teams, or higher-tier support as required.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain logs of all network-related incidents and resolutions.
• Generate periodic reports on network uptime, latency, and performance.
• Keep an updated inventory of networking equipment and ISP connections.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent networking credentials are a plus.
• Experience with SD-WAN, MPLS, VPNs, and firewall configurations.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
• Hands-on experience working with ISPs and managing connectivity issues.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, real-time support environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for ISP escalations.
• Hindi language proficiency is mandatory
• Experience: Only 6 months - 1 year

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios.
• Prior experience in IT infrastructure support and vendor management.
