Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Coimbatore. This is a full-time position suited for freshers aiming to start their careers. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying and generating new business opportunities for Confair. A strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM and email marketing tools is vital for the position.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience with HubSpot CRM is essential to manage and optimize lead generation workflows. (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency in email marketing automation to develop and manage campaigns effectively. (Mandatory skill)
- Ability to use Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing web traffic patterns. (Mandatory skill)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and reach potential clients.
- Knowledge of Salesforce for managing and analyzing customer interactions and data.
- Skills in creating effective landing pages to capture leads and convert them into customers.
- Experience with A/B testing to optimize campaigns for better results.
- Utilization of market research tools for gathering insights and data on potential leads.
