Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Coimbatore. This is a full-time position suited for freshers aiming to start their careers. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying and generating new business opportunities for Confair. A strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM and email marketing tools is vital for the position.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM is essential to manage and optimize lead generation workflows. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in email marketing automation to develop and manage campaigns effectively. (Mandatory skill)
  • Ability to use Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing web traffic patterns. (Mandatory skill)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and reach potential clients.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce for managing and analyzing customer interactions and data.
  • Skills in creating effective landing pages to capture leads and convert them into customers.
  • Experience with A/B testing to optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Utilization of market research tools for gathering insights and data on potential leads.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and gather contact information through various channels.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design lead generation strategies.
  • Manage lead tracking and reporting using CRM tools to ensure lead quality and follow-up efficiency.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns targeted at nurturing leads.
  • Analyze data and metrics to refine lead generation strategies and tactics.
  • Generate insightful reports on lead generation activities and outcomes for leadership review.
  • Participate in continuous learning to stay up-to-date with lead generation trends and techniques.
