Job Description: Lead Analyst - DME Process

Responsibilities:

1. Process Management:

• Lead and manage the DME process, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Oversee the workflow and ensure efficient handling of DME claims and orders.

1. Data Analysis:

• Analyze data related to DME processes to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Generate and present reports to senior management.

1. Team Leadership:

• Supervise a team of analysts, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and promote continuous improvement.

1. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments, such as billing, customer service, and compliance, to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with external vendors and suppliers.

1. Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay up-to-date with DME regulations and ensure all processes are compliant.
• Implement and monitor compliance programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Data Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

1. Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DME or healthcare analytics role.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex processes.
