Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Email Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for digital marketing, and the ability to generate high-quality leads through email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
• Research and identify potential clients through various online sources.
• Build and maintain an email database of potential customers.
• Write compelling and professional email content to engage prospects.
• Track and analyze email campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
• Follow up on leads and schedule calls/meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain and update CRM tools with lead information.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid).
• Strong research skills to identify potential leads.
• Ability to write engaging and persuasive emails.
• Good understanding of LinkedIn and other lead generation platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
