Roles and Responsibilities

• Accurately enter charges into the system for medical services provided
• Review and verify patient and insurance information
• Ensure proper coding and documentation for billing purposes
• Resolve any billing discrepancies or issues
• Collaborate with the billing team to ensure timely submission of claims
• Stay updated with the latest coding and billing guidelines
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards
