The AR Caller at Confair is an entry-level, full-time position based in Coimbatore. The position is designed for fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of work experience. Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with Medical Billing Software (Mandatory skill) to efficiently process patient information and claims.
• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (Mandatory skill) to ensure accuracy and maximize revenue potential.
• Proficiency in Denial Management (Mandatory skill) to identify issues and ensure swift resolution of claim denials.
• Familiarity with EHR Systems to manage electronic patient records and ensure a seamless healthcare delivery process.
• Understanding of HIPAA Compliance to ensure all practices adhere to patient confidentiality and data protection laws.
• Competence in Insurance Verification to confirm patient benefits and coverage, minimizing billing errors.
• Skills in Claims Processing to ensure accurate and timely submission and follow-up of medical claims.
• Comprehensive grasp of Medical Terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and patients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contact insurance companies to follow up on unpaid claims and verify the status of outstanding balances.
• Identify any issues with denied or rejected claims and work towards resolving them in a timely manner.
• Liaise with healthcare providers to clarify any ambiguities and obtain accurate billing information.
• Maintain accurate records of patient billing activities and update information within billing systems.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines in all aspects of patient and provider communication.
• Coordinate with the Revenue Cycle Management team to streamline billing operations and improve efficiency.
• Provide support in the preparation of financial reports on the status of accounts receivable.
• Assist in training sessions for new staff and contribute to continuous process improvements within the department.
