Key Responsibilities:

- Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Document Management: Prepare and organize important documents such as reports, memos, and presentations.
- Customer Service: Act as a point of contact for clients and employees, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- File Organization: Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist Departments: Provide administrative support to various departments (HR, Finance, Marketing) as needed.
- Event Coordination: Assist with planning and organizing office events, meetings, and team activities.
- Travel Arrangements: Organize travel, transportation, and accommodations for employees.
- Report Generation: Assist in generating reports, creating presentations, and managing spreadsheets.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
