We are looking for technically skilled candidates with good interpersonal skills for the Technical Support position. Candidate would be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing resolution, and support the roll-out of new applications, among other duties.
Moreover, Candidate would need to interact with client directly, requiring good written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation & deployment of Code on Web servers like JBOSS, Tomcat etc.
- Carrying out System Integrated Testing after implementation of new code
- Monitoring Production system, checking CPU utilization, memory utilization etc
- Monitoring transactions & checking dispute transactions
- Generating reports as per requirement
- Identifying production issues
- Co-ordinating with development team for Production issues & new requirements
