JD:

· We are looking for a dynamic Business Development/IT sales professional with proven track of target achievements in IT Services and Sales.

· Identify potential clients, Generate qualified leads, Understand clients IT need and full-fill their requirements.

· Develop and expand relationship with existing and new clients.

· Need to be familiar with the IT industry with other business domain and stay updated on trends and innovative IT services

· Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment.

· Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

· Prepare reports on account status.

· Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

· Ready to travel for business requirement in Mumbai and outside Mumbai as well.

· Fluency in English, ability and willingness to deliver in a high-pressure environment.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.

· Respond to all client-related matters, from contractual agreements, solution implementation and service performance, to service enhancements and new business opportunities.
