Job Description
- Experience level 1 to 3 years of experience in US IT recruitment
- Extensive experience working on Direct Clients like FINRA, NJM, Moody’s, Nasdaq and Banking Finance Clients
- Strong experience working on VMS/MSP model- Fieldglass, IQNavigator, Beeline, Prowand
- Adept knowledge on Tax Terms- W2, Corp to Corp, 1099
- Adept Knowledge on Work Authorizations/Visas- USC, GC, EADs, H1B and H1B transfer process
- Experienced with complete lifecycle of Recruitment- from Sourcing, Screening, Interviews, Closures and maintenance of candidates until their life at Compunnel.
- Strong hold on various technologies, backend, Frontend, databases, programming languages, AI, ML, data Scientists, DevOps etc.
- Someone with excellent communication skills who is innovative and open to new Challenges.
- Someone who has a passion for recruiting and making incentives and not just here for a 7 to 4 job for salary.
